Quality Policy
Our Principles

(QMS) for the Operations, Maintenance and Rehabilitation (OMR) to ensure the delivery
of services meet or exceed the requirements of our customers, both internal and external.
- Management is committed to ensure the continued improvement of the efficiency and
effectiveness of the OMR services provided.
Our Objectives
- Develop and maintain a Quality Management System (QMS) to provide a framework necessary
to fulfill quality requirements and continually improve quality performance.
- Communicate the Quality Policy to all employees through Site Orientations, training,
and by providing an ongoing example in the workplace.
- Ensure the QMS is implemented and maintained throughout the workplace.
- Promote a performance standard of zero defects.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of the QMS implementation through a program
of audits and measurements to verify performance.

- Management will obtain and retain independent certification to ISO 9001
- The Quality Manager will communicate and explain the Quality Policy to managers and
supervisors.
- Managers and supervisors will communicate and explain the Quality Policy to the employees,
suppliers and subcontractors at or before the commencement of OMR Work.
- Managers and supervisors will publish and enforce the Quality Policy.
- Employees, subcontractors and suppliers will be oriented to the requirements of the
QMS.
- The objectives of the Quality Policy will be reviewed annually against the Quality
Policy.
- The QMS will be reviewed annually to evaluate whether or not objectives have been
met.

Environmental Policy
Our Principles
- Management is committed to ensuring that the Operations, Maintenance, and Rehabilitation
(OMR) work is carried out in compliance with applicable environmental laws and in
accordance with sound principles of environmental stewardship, respecting our surrounding
communities and their environments.
Our Objectives
- Develop and maintain an Environmental Management System (EMS) to provide a framework
necessary to fulfill environmental responsibilities and continually improve environmental
performance.
- Monitor environmental performance associated with the OMR work through periodic review
of procedures and overall performance throughout the OMR period.
- Document, implement, maintain and communicate to all staff, via training programs,
the principles surrounding the objectives of the Environmental Policy.
- Ensure that environmentally sound and responsible practices are utilized to prevent
pollution.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable Acts, Regulations, Guidelines, Standards, Policies,
Permits and Authorizations.
